The sanitary tubes,elbows,tee and clamps of LYSF brand are made by imported German production lineand the most advanced techniques and methods, and strictly according to standards such as 3A、BPE of U.S.A., DIN of Germany,SMS of Sweden,BS of Britain. The fittings lathe uses CNC control,which ensures the dimension fineness of each fitting. All fittings are treated with bright annealing to make the tubings of LYSF brand fully satisfy the requirement of high end market.

Meanwhile, the unions,clamps and flanges of LYSF brand are all fabricated with CNC lathes to keep the highest quality, ensure the consistency and exchangeability of the dimension of the products. After strict testing,the products are provided to our customers.

Introduction of technical parameters:
1、Raw Materials:304 and 316L are two common materials, both are from large Chinese steel plants such as Baogang,Tiangang,Jiuli etc..
2、Fineness:Strictly according to tolerance standards such as 3A、DIN、SMS、BS etc..
3、Surface:Food Grade Ra≤0.8um Pharmaceutical Grade Ra≤0.4um or lower
